BILL DIED ON MARCH 15, 2008 AFTER A LONG ILLNESS.  HE WILL BE GREATLY MISSED!

The Big Bend Resource Conservation and Development Council is a private non-profit 501 (c) (3) GRASS ROOTS ORGANIZATION.

We serve the community resource needs of four counties in Washington State including Grant, Adams, Lincoln and Franklin.

Our Council believes that local volunteer community leaders know best what is needed to improve community well being.

The RC&D bring volunteers together to form partnerships to achieve goals and resolve issues.

Projects adopted by the BBRC&D Council receive as needed:

• Grant research, writing and administration
• Recruitment of partners, sponsors and volunteers
• Plan of action development
• Professional and technical assistance
